  • Careful checking of your files to ensure they will produce the best image quality available.
  • Careful checking of any supplied 'print ready' artwork files, to minimise issues with image quality and typographical errors.
  • Correction of minor design errors, adjustments and omissions for you at no extra charge. If your file contains too many oversights, we will email you with a recommendation on what is required to correct them.
  • Emailing through of low resolution proofs for custom designs created by Artastic. This will allow you to check against what has been requested in the design brief and make further changes if required. Any changes required from our design team will need to be submitted strictly in writing, by replying to email correspondance or by faxing through written instruction or sketch.  All design mock ups will be supplied in a clear and organized sequence, in case you decide to select a previous version for the final print/design solution.
  • Checking of any supplied hard copy proofs included with your 'print ready' file. This service includes:
    • Comparison of supplied hard copy proof to your file on our colour calibrated monitor
    • Basic colour matching to ensure closest match possible to supplied proof by producing a small test print on the actual material used. Sample proof will be retained by Artastic.
    • Assuring richness, vividness and accuracy of colours.
    • Assuring high quality and high resolution of images
  • A hard copy sample or proof on the actual material used for the final job (excluding lamination) to proportionate A4 size. This will allow you to check image quality and colour accuracy thoroughly for approval if indicated as a request on your purchase order.
  • Transfer of your job from our file server to one of our printers for set up prior to printing. This includes file:
    • Cropping and resizing
    • Colour adjustment and correct media profile selection
    • Application of crop marks to ensure correct sizing of print when trimmed
    • Tiling for wall murals/panels
    • Queing/imposition of prints to reduce wastage and minimise client cost and impact on environment
  • Printing of your job with careful monitoring of the print as it exits the printer. This is to ensure there are no imperfections, defects and print issues which make it to the final product and may affect product delivery time.
  • Careful checking of completed print job again before application of finishing options.
  • Application of large format print finishing options to the highest standard possible such as:
    • Lamination
    • Mounting of print onto board substrates
    • Installation of eyelets or grommets
    • Attachment inclusions such as velcro, double sided adhesive tape, nylon rope, hanging hooks, struts, etc
    • Installation of prints onto display systems such as retractable banners, L banners, 3 x 3 extending display frames, etc
    • Installation of prints inside snapframes, posterrails,lightboxes, etc
  • Consideration to any other special and specific requests. This includes fragile deliveries, very urgent turn around times, custom display solutions, difficult installations and installations requiring professional services such as electricians.
  • Final check of ordered product, before packaging.
  • Safe packaging of your product, with extra care and clear labels to ensure it will arrive in perfect condition on or before requested delivery date.
  • Arrangement and booking of courier or delivery drivers.
  •  Peace of mind knowing that goods will be dispatched on or before deadline given to your specified delivery address.
  • Unmarked packaging with invoices sent straight to you for companies wishing to not disclose Artastic as their print service provider and have goods delivered direct to client.
  • Archiving of your artwork files on our server for your future reprinting needs.
  • A tax invoice to be emailed to the nominated representative, with a copy attached to packaging for immediate processing of full payment if requested.
